Smash garlic with the flat side of the knife and fry in olive oil. Then remove the garlic (we won`t need it anymore) and continue frying the finely chopped bacon until it turns a pleasant golden brown.
Cook spaghetti SchedroTM in salted water al dente (cooking time is specified on the package).
Prepare egg sauce. Whip eggs (only yolks recommended) with a wire whisk until smooth, then mix with grated parmesan and black pepper.
Put spaghetti in a pan with fried bacon and pour egg sauce. Mix eggs thoroughly and quickly to prevent clumping. You may add a bit of spaghetti cooking water if the sauce seems too thick.
Best served on a hot plate. Sprinkle grated parmesan (if desired) and cracked black pepper to taste. Dish up immediately.
