Linguine with mushrooms in creamy sauce

Linguinе is a special kind of long, thin and flat pasta. Thanks to this flat surface, linguine holds sauces perfectly and goes well with hard grated cheese and mushrooms! Be sure to try this recipe!

Ingredients
Linguine made by trademark «Schedro»
320 g
Mushrooms
300 g
Cream 20%
200 ml
Water
200 ml
Garlic
1 clove
Butter
30 g

Оlive oil
2 tablespoons
Parmesan cheese
50 g
Parsley
Тhyme
1 sprig
Salt and pepper
according to your taste

Step 1

Heat the butter and olive oil in a saucepan, fry the crushed garlic and a sprig of thyme for a few minutes, then remove from the saucepan.

Step 2

Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in just prepared fragrant oil until a nice golden color.

Step 3

Add cream to mushrooms. Add salt, pepper, lower the heat and stew for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Boil the linguine in salted water until al dente (see cooking time on the package)

Step 5

Put the prepared pasta to a saucepan with mushroom sauce, mix well and heat for 2 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Buon Appetito!
