Fusilli al salmone con salsa cremosa
Creamy salmon Fusilli

Pasta and delicious creamy salmon sauce is a perfect ingredients combination. French mustard by Schedro makes the taste of the sauce special. The dish is rich and delicious. It is a home-cooked dish that won`t take more than 20 minutes.

Fusilli SchedroTM
400 g
Cold-smoked salmon
350 g
Parmesan cheese
60 g
200 ml

Ground black pepper
to taste
French mustard SchedroTM
20 ml
to taste

Step 1

Dice or slice salmon fillet. Grate the parmesan.

Step 2

Heat the cream in a pan, then add parmesan, black pepper and mustard. Once the cheese melted, add salmon and fry for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.

Step 3

Cook fusilli SchedroTM in salted water al dente (cooking time is specified on the package).

Step 4

Add boiled fusilli to the salmon sauce and mix well.

Step 5

Best served on a hot plate. Decorate with fresh greens if desired.
