SAN GENNARO SPAGHETTI WITH ANCHOVIES

If you are thinking about what to treat your family to for lunch or dinner, then this recipe will definitely be useful to you. Just a few ingredients, half an hour of time, and you can all have a meal together!

Ingredients
spaghetti
400 g
large anchovy fillet
4 pcs
stale bread
2 slices
garlic
1-2 cloves
Olive oil
to taste
Oregano, basil, salt
to taste
Step 1

Rub the bread slices with garlic on all sides, then chop the bread into a bowl. Put garlic and crushed bread in a frying pan with olive oil and fry until golden brown.

Step 2

Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.

Step 3

In another pan, pour olive oil, put the anchovies, add oregano, and fry a little. Add the finished spaghetti to the anchovies, pour in a little salted water.

Step 4

Place the spaghetti on plates and sprinkle with fried crumbs.
