Pasta with tomato sauce is the most Italian combination you can imagine. The motto of this dish is “fast, simple and very appetizing”. This pasta is prepared in just 15-20 minutes, while it turns out extremely tasty!

pasta (spaghetti, linguine)
320 g
fresh tomatoes
tomato passata
50 g
2-3 cloves
olive oil
20 ml
fresh basil
3-4 stalks
to taste
sugar, salt, spices
to taste
Step 1

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package until al dente.

Step 2

Cut garlic into thin slices, fry it in olive oil in a frying pan, and make sure not to overcook it. Add tomatoes and passata (if fresh tomatoes are not enough), basil, peperoncino, as well as salt, sugar, spices to taste. Simmer until done.
Add the pasta, stir and hold under the lid for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Combine the pasta with the sauce, put it on plates and enjoy the luxurious taste of this dish!
