Cut stale white bread, dry it in the oven – until breadcrumbs, then grind in a blender. Then finely chop the garlic and chili peppers. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry garlic, crackers and chili peppers.
Fry cherry tomatoes in a separate pan.
Boil the spaghetti Fini in salted water until al dente (see cooking time on the package).
Put the prepared spaghetti to a frying pan with breadcrumbs, chili and garlic. Stir, heat for 2 minutes and add herbs according to your taste. Serve pasta with fried cherry tomatoes, garnished with basil leaves. Bon appetit!
