SPAGHETTI ALLA PANTESCA
PANTELLERIA PASTA
Ingredients
Spaghetti Schedro TM
400 g
Cherry tomatoes
600 g
Green olives
80 g
Caper berries
2 tablespoons
Red onions
3
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
100 ml (4 tablespoons)
Basil
10 g
Salt
to taste

Step 1

Wash the tomatoes and divide them into four parts. In a frying pan put to fry some oil with the capers. Add onions and olives. Fry everything for 3 minutes and then add the tomatoes.

Step 2

When flavouring is ready for 7 minutes, let it stand for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Cook spaghetti Schedro TM is salted water al dente (cooking time is specified on the package).

Step 4

Drain the water, put the spaghetti in a frying pan with the sauce cooked earlier and mix.

Step 5

Serve pasta garnished with capers, cherry tomatoes and basil.
