Fresh coriander (can be replaced with parsley or fresh spinach)

Pine nuts

Parmesan cheese

Garlic
1-2 cloves
Extra virgin olive oil
150 ml
Sea salt
to taste
Cracked pepper
to taste

Chop greens in a blender, if needed add 1-2 tablespoons of boiled water. Then add pine nuts, parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil and blend until smooth.
Pour into a large piece of plate.
Cook penne SchedroTM in salted water al dente (cooking time is specified on the package).
Combine the ready penne and sauce, mix, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Best served on a hot plate.
