SPAGHETTI WITH SEA URCHINS IN WHITE WINE

We recommend you to try a dish that has long been prepared with pleasure in the south of Italy. Its unsurpassed taste will definitely be remembered! We offer a classic version of the recipe.

spaghetti
240 g
canned sea urchin meat
100 g
Fridzante white wine
100 ml
garlic
2 cloves
peperoncini

rosemary
20 g
salt

Step 1

Boil the spaghetti in slightly salted water until al dente (see cooking time on the package).

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the urchin liquid, a little herbs and peperoncini, add the garlic crushed in the skin.

Step 3

As soon as the mixture warms up, pour the wine to the pan and add a little urchin pulp, mix everything. Put the spaghetti in a frying pan, bring to a boil (3-5 minutes) and remove from heat.

Step 4

Mix the spaghetti well. Place the dish on plates, sprinkle with finely chopped rosemary, add a little olive oil. Done! Now you can serve it.
