PICI PASTA IN СACIO E PEPE SAUCE

It seems incredible that you can make this luxurious dish of just three ingredients! We are talking about the famous pasta сacio e pepe, which means “cheese and pepper”. Spaghetti is soaked in the tenderness of cheese, and black pepper creates its own special sharp accent.

Ingredients
long pasta
240 g
pecorino (sheep’s cheese)
100 g
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Step 2

In a large bowl, put grated pecorino sheep’s cheese and a lot of freshly ground black pepper to taste, add one and a half ladle of water in which the pasta was cooked, and mix quickly until the consistency of cream.

Step 3

Put the pasta in a bowl with the curd cream, mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Put the dish on plates, sprinkle with cheese and pepper on top.
